Residents’ vehicles are being parked for excessive periods of time - even overnight - in driveways and guest parking areas.

Vehicles of Owners and Residents shall not be parked anywhere in the Development except wholly within the Owner or Resident's garage. Designated guest parking areas within the Common Area are to remain open for use by guests only and are not to be used by Owners or Residents for the parking of vehicles or storage of personal property; vehicles of guests shall not be parked anywhere within the Development except within designated guest parking areas.
