The exteriors of our homes are reaching the end of their useful life and need to be repainted.

This is a large project which will take 2-3 months. This project will have some impact on daily life at Galewood Circle. The painting company will be placing a portable toilet and storage container in one of our guest parking areas. Vehicles will be regularly entering, parking and exiting. Note: home colors will NOT change. The last re-painting project was completed in 2013. As part of this project, we will also be checking the accuracy of the paint colors currently in our Architectural Standards document.

If you’d like to have additional prep work done on your property before the painting begins, such as removal of old alarms, doorbells, etc; stucco work; carpentry, please complete this form.
